We at Roof-Over-America, Inc. have been building pre-engineered metal buildings since 1983 and hold both certified general contracting and certified roofing licenses. Our metal building experience allows us to offer the best in new roof alternatives for pre-engineered steel buildings.

The primary system we use leaves the old roof in place. We attach a 1/2" high sub-girts over the original roof purlins and install new 'Galvalume Plus' panels with ZAC long life fasteners. This protects the contents of your building from weather and also creates an air space between the old and new roof that helps reduce temperatures inside. 'Galvalume Plus' comes with a manufacturer's 25 year warranty.

In addition, we now offer a Reflective White Roof Coating as an alternative to the Galvalume Plus system. The Reflective White Roof Coating is applied over approved existing roof substrates and significantly reduces heat transfer. Roof Coatings come with a 5 year warranty and can be upgraded to a 10 year warranty.
